London Pub Rape Case: Delhi HC Reserves Order On Plea Challenging Extradition

The Delhi HC reserved its order on the plea which was filed challenging the extradition proceedings initiated against a person accused for rape at London pub in 2017. The accused is a Portugese citizen of Indian origin. The petitioner was a chief manager at 'Two Rivers' Pub in Staines, London. The extradition proceedings were initiated against him in the year 2021, by the government of United Kingdom.
