TN Governor Condemns Manmohan Singh For Negotiating Terrorist Accord With Pakistan Shortly After 26/11

Tamil Nadu Governor RN Ravi criticized Manmohan Singh for signing a terrorist accord with Pakistan just months after the 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks. On July 31, he spoke at a seminar on "Contemporary Challenges to Internal Security" in Kochi, "Do we have Sathrubodh? Is Pakistan a friend or an enemy? That has to be clear." India's internal security, he claims, is currently better than it was under Singh's tenure.
