US To Host Virtual Meeting With Allies To Discuss Afghanistan
According to the US State Department, the US will hold a virtual meeting on Afghanistan, where Secretary of State, Antony Blinken will give a public speech later on August 30. Meeting with “key partners on Afghanistan, including Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, the United Kingdom, Turkey, Qatar, the European, and NATO,” will be held. Blinken discussed Afghanistan and the Afghans and foreign nationals with Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi.
