Ed-Tech Startup Raises $7.5 Million Investment As Series A-Funding
Founded by Jhunjhunwala and Nikhil Naik, the ed-tech start-up raised $7.5 million in Series A funding. The CEO said, they will use the investment to scale up and accelerate hiring across the teams in multiple geographies. Furthermore, it was recently listed by HolonIQ on its annual list of the 100 most promising EdTech start-ups from India & South Asia. Burger Singh Raises Investment Worth Rs 30 Crore In A-Funding
Burger Singh, an Indian burger chain store across India raised Rs 30 crore investment in round of A series funding. Kabir Jeet Singh, the CEO of Burger Singh confirmed the investment by Negen Capital, LetsVentures, Mumbai Angels, Old World Hospitality and singer Jasleen Royal. With this investment, the CEO plans to expand the venture, and open 120 more outlets by 2023. Currently, Burger Singh has 80 outlets, across India.

Union Minister Jitendra Singh: Over 60 Startups Register With ISRO After Indian Space Sector Launch
Union Minister Jitendra Singh stated that over 60 startups have enrolled with ISRO following the "unlocking" of the Indian space sector. Few of them are working on space debris management programs. Other startups' concepts range from nanosatellites to launch vehicles, ground systems, and research. On July 11, Union Minister Singh launched the "ISRO System for Safe and Sustainable Operation" (IS4OM) at the ISRO Control Centre in Bengaluru.

David Gogoi and his two pals, Mausam Taluqdaar and Rupam Chowdhary, founded Zerund Manufacturing Private Limited after being denied 30 times. They began with a mere Rs 20 lakh four years ago and have now risen to a valuation of Rs 40 crore. They planned to create an eco-friendly brick out of waste materials.
