"No Evidence" Of Conspiracy Between Aryan Khan & Others: Bail Order
In an order issued on November 20, the Bombay High Court stated that there is no evidence of a drug-related conspiracy involving Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Merchant, and Munmun Dhamecha. Nothing improper was found in their WhatsApp chats, added the court. "There is hardly any positive evidence on record to convince this Court that all the accused persons with common intention agreed to commit an unlawful act," the order read.

Special Team To Probe Aryan Khan's Case; Wankhede Removed From Drugs Case
Special Investigation Team (SIT) of the Narcotics Control Bureau will be reaching Mumbai from Delhi on November 6. As per reports, the team will be taking over Aryan Khan's case which was earlier lead by Sameer Wankhede, Zonal Director of NCB. Moreover, the SIT will be probing three more drug cases in Mumbai, including the case in which Maharashtra Minister Nawab Mallik's son-in-law Sameer Khan is involved, said reports.

Bail For Aryan Khan Under Many Conditions: Mumbai High Court
Mumbai High Court on October 29 made certain conditions before releasing the 23-year-old Aryan Khan on bail, accused in the drugs on cruise case. He wouldn't leave the city, submit a personal bond of Rs 1 lakh, and surrender his passport. Moreover, he has to reach the NCB office to attend the court hearing each Friday. The court can cancel the bail order, in case he fails any conditions.

Wankhede's Wife Writes To Maharashtra CM Urging Justice Over Attack On Personal Life
Mrs Kranti Redkar, wife of Sameer Wankhede, wrote a letter to the Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray, seeking justice over the "continued attack into her family's personal life", on October 28. Mrs Wankhede has also asked to meet the Chief Minister, but has reportedly not got any response yet. "I am standing alone against those who are attacking my family, every day in social media," said Mrs Wankhede.

If Birth Certificate Is Fake, Wankhede Should Show Original One: Nawab Malik
After NCB Zonal Head Sameer Wankhede released a statement clarifying his family details, Maharashtra Minister Nawab Malik on October 26, said that the birth certificate of Wankhede is not fake. "If it's fake, then he should show us the original one," he added. Last week Malik said that he will not stop until the NCB officer is put behind bars. Moreover, he also raised questions over the cruise drug case.
