PM Narendra Modi suggested a new strategy to tackle the opposition alliance as he met with allies from Bihar. In an event, PM Modi said, don't call the alliance INDIA, but "Ghamandiya" the Hindi word for arrogant. The statement is new attack of PM Modi on this opposition alliance, accusing the parties, particularly the Congress. "They changed their name from UPA to INDIA to hide how they schemed against poor."

Ahead of the 2024 General elections, the BJP appointed Bandi Sanjay Kumar, the former BJP President in Telangana, as the National General Secretary of the BJP. The development came on July 29, days after Kumar was removed as the Telangana BJP President. BJP National President JP Nadda made the appointment, which came with immediate effect. Furthermore, the BJP would hold a meeting to discuss the Telangana elections 2023, in Delhi.

A fact finding committee of the BJP has came up with a report in the recent poll violence occurred in West Bengal. Jammu & Kashmir BJP president Ravinder Raina served a defamation notice on former MLC Surinder Choudhary for his remarks against him while quitting the party recently. On July 17, Raina sought an unconditional apology from Choudhary within a week for his attempts to damage his reputation among the masses and the party ranks and warned of a defamation suit worth 5 crore against him after the expiry of the deadline.
