Delay

Amid dense fog and poor visibility in the national capital on January 21, several Delhi-bound trains were delayed, as confirmed by the Northern Railway. As per the official report, 21 Delhi-bound trains are running late, due to fog in the morning. Pertinently, 13 Delhi-bound trains ran late on January 20, following low visibility. Meanwhile, the minimum temperature in the city was recorded at 10°C in the morning.

To help a six-year-old girl, Jainab Mondal, who recently recovered from a brain tumour, South Western Railway delayed the Howrah Duronto train for 26 minutes at Karnataka's Yeshwanthpur railway station on October 24. The Union Public Service Commission on June 9 announced the revised interview schedule of Civil Services Examination 2020 to be held from August 2. The commission will issue the e-summon letters on their official website upsc.gov.in shortly. Also, the body cleared that requests for change in date and time for the personality test will not be entertained. Earlier scheduled from April 26, the interview was delayed due to COVID second wave.
