Amid dense fog and poor visibility in the national capital on January 21, several Delhi-bound trains were delayed, as confirmed by the Northern Railway. As per the official report, 21 Delhi-bound trains are running late, due to fog in the morning. Pertinently, 13 Delhi-bound trains ran late on January 20, following low visibility. Meanwhile, the minimum temperature in the city was recorded at 10°C in the morning.
In a shocking incident, two men attacked an employee of a Burger King outlet with a knife over the delay in their order. The release of "Venom: Let There Be Carnage" has been postponed from September 24 to October 15 by "Sony Pictures" due to a surge of Delta variant cases in the U.S. The movie was originally scheduled to release on October 2, 2020, but was later postponed due to the pandemic. The Union Public Service Commission on June 9 announced the revised interview schedule of Civil Services Examination 2020 to be held from August 2. The commission will issue the e-summon letters on their official website upsc.gov.in shortly. Also, the body cleared that requests for change in date and time for the personality test will not be entertained. Earlier scheduled from April 26, the interview was delayed due to COVID second wave.
