Arvind Kejriwal Announces 300 Units Of Free Electricity In Gujarat If AAP Elected In Upcoming Assembly Polls
Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal announced that if AAP comes to power in Gujarat, 300 units of free electricity will be given to household consumers every month. Notably, Kejriwal has taking the cue from the existing models in Delhi and Punjab, where free electricity is already being offered to the people. The announcement has come ahead of the Gujarat Assembly elections, which are scheduled to take place December this year.

AAP chief Arvind Kejriwal promised that his party will provide free electricity in Gujarat if voted to power. The AAP government in Punjab and Delhi are already providing free electricity to the residents, with the latest addition being Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann announcing 300 units of free electricity. "I will return next Sunday with a solution to Gujarat's electricity problem," said Kejriwal.

AAP Govt Starts Providing 300 Unit Of Free Electricity As Promised: Punjab
Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann led AAP government, began to provide 300 units of free electricity across the state, fulfilling one of the major promises made during the elections. He also waived off arrears in electricity bills pending till December 31, 2021. He also stated that guarantee of giving Rs 1,000 to all women in the state, will also be fulfilled within this year.

CM Bhagwant Mann Announces 300 Units Of Free Electricity To All Houses: Punjab
Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann has announced 300 units of free electricity to all households, starting from July 1. Earlier in Jalandhar, he said that a "good news" will be announced on April 16. Also, it was one of the promises the Aam Admi Party (AAP) made in the Assembly Polls. Notably, Punjab was initially providing 200 units of free electricity to Scheduled Castes, Backward Castes and people below poverty line.

AAP Promises 24*7 Free Electricity in UP Ahead Of 2022 Election
To woo voters in the upcoming UP election, Aam Aadmi Party on September 16 promised to provide 300 units of 24*7 free electricity. Also, AAP promised to provide subsided electricity, wave off past power bills, free electricity to farmers. Delhi Deputy CM Manish Sisodia, in a press conference, drew a parallel between the power consumption cost in Delhi with UP. AAP to fight the UP election solo on 403 seats.

Will Provide 300 Units Free Electricity To Goa: Arvind Kejriwal
Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) convenor and Delhi's CM Arvind Kejriwal promised to provide 300 units of free electricity to the people of Goa 'free of cost', on July 14. During the press conference in Panaji, Kejriwal said, ''With the implementation of this scheme, 87% of Goa will start getting zero electricity bills. All old bills will also be waived off.'' Earlier, Kejriwal had also made similar promises to Uttarakhand and Punjab.
