Delhi Man Arrested For Smuggling 1 Kg Gold At Jaipur Station: DRI
In Rajasthan's Jaipur region, a man was arrested for allegedly trying to smuggle in one-kilogram gold, confirmed Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, on April 1. As per PTI, the raid was conducted at the Jaipur Railway Station after receiving a tip-off. The DRI recovered six gold biscuits worth Rs 52 lakh, which was smuggled into India from Myanmar. The accused was arrested and presented before a court, which imprisoned him.

Massuer Rapes Woman From Netherland In Hotel: Jaipur
In Rajasthan's Jaipur, a woman from the Netherlands was allegedly raped at a hotel. Reportedly, in the pretext of giving an ayurvedic massage, the crime was committed. Furthermore, the accused has been arrested in just four hours and works as a massage service provider in Khatipura, Jaipur. Sub Inspectors Arrested For Smuggling Ivory Tusks: Rajasthan
Three police sub-inspectors have been arrested in the Jalupura, Rajasthan for selling 35 ivory tusks worth 30 kg each as per the police, on March 13. The arrest was based on a tip about a sign of moving ivory tusks and tiger skin. The arrested ones are identified as Nazuddin Khan, a sub-inspector from the Hardoi Police lines in UP, Nadir alias Shahrukh Khan and Gulam Khan.

Earthquake Of 3.8 Magnitude Hits Jaipur: Rajasthan
The National Center for Seismology on February 18, said a 3.8 magnitude earthquake jolted Rajasthan's capital, Jaipur at 8 AM. The epicenter of the quake is reported to be 5 kilometres from the depth of the earth. "Earthquake of Magnitude: 3.8, occurred on February 18," the NCS tweeted. So far, no reports of deaths and damage to property have been reported. Moreover, further details are awaited.
