Notably, these gang members accost your vehicle at a slow turning, pick a fight with you on some pretext and try to escalate the situation. In case you refuse to alight from your vehicle or refuse to roll down the window, they bang relentlessly so you leave car and they loot you.

Over 50 UK Teens Rush Into Nottingham McDonald’s, Steal Food & Drinks
In UK’s Nottingham, over 50 teenagers stormed into a McDonald’s outlet, and looted everything possible. The incident occurred on August 21, at around 9 pm in Clumber street. Reportedly, the teens were aged between 14 and 16 years. Around 20 of them also abused and threatened the staff. No arrests have been made so far, and the police are investigating the matter.

1 Arrested For Looting Petrol Pump In Ghaziabad
As per reports, a team of Ghaziabad Crime Branch, Special Operations Group (SOG) Rural, and Masuri Police held one accused after an encounter for looting petrol pump staff worth Rs 22 lakhs. In addition, three accused got involved in an encounter, on April 2, near the Nahal road area of Ghaziabad. Notably, a pistol, cash worth Rs 10 lakh, and a motorcycle were seized from his possession.

Mumbai Police Arrests 7 Looters, Recovers Gold Worth 24.28 Lakh
Mumbai police arrested seven accused for looting gold worth Rs 46.50 lakh from a 44-year-old man named Madhukar Kavindkar near the Gundavali bus stop in Andheri (East). The incident took place on July 19 when Kavindkar was traveling to Zaveri Bazaar from Dahisar. Reportedly, an accused snatched the gold bag, and around 9-10 accused blocked the Kavindkar's way. The police have recovered gold worth Rs 24.28 lakh so far.

Ex Employee Kills Manager In An Attempt To Loot Bank
A former bank manager in Maharashtra's Palghar district stabs the current manager Yogita Vartak and injured the cashier Shweta Devrukh on July 29 in a narrow attempt to loot the bank. Reportedly, at the time of the attempt to a robbery around 7:30 pm, only two employees were present. Meanwhile, Devrukh got injured and Vartak succumbed to injuries. Police have arrested the accused and an investigation is ongoing.

MP: Oxygen Cylinders Looted From A Truck At Damoh District Hospital
Amid desperate situations rising during fresh COVID surge, a case of oxygen cylinder stealing has been reported in Madhya Pradesh's Damoh on April 21. As per the District Collector, the looting happened when a group of miscreants swarmed at the truck carrying the cylinders as it entered the hospital. The DC said that while the hospital had no shortage of oxygen, a complaint has been lodged to identify them.

Bus Passengers Robbed On Yamuna Expressway At Midnight
Unknown people pretending to be passengers looted a bus travelling from Delhi to Hamirpur via the Yamuna Expressway on April 6. Reportedly, those people got on the bus at 12:30 am, fought with the conductor and robbed valuables worth Rs 1.66 lakhs including mobile phones. Moreover, the group also had a gun with them. The police are investigating the matter with forensic teams and dog squads.

UP Cops Arrest 10 People Over Being Asked To Pay Bill After Having Food
Two drunk policemen in UP’s Etah have allegedly arrested 10 people, including a brother of an eatery owner, after they were asked to pay food bill. As per the physically-challenged eatery owner, the two cops racked a bill of Rs 400 but offered just Rs 80. Reportedly, when asked by customers and the owner's brothers to pay at least half, the policemen registered fake FIRs against them. Meanwhile, a probe is underway over the accusations.
