Police Arrest 2 For Filming Obscene Video Of College Student & Demanding Money: Madhya Pradesh

In Madhya Pradesh’s Bhopal, two former students of Industrial Training Institute (ITI) have been arrested for allegedly filming obscene video of a student, and blackmailing her. The accused have been identified as Aryan (24) and Khusboo Thakur (25), and a third accused Rahul Yadav is absconding. Reportedly, the victim, a 19-year-old girl, was filmed while changing dress. The trio demanding Rs 10,000 and threatened to release the video.

Namibia Returnees Cheetahs Being Monitored In MP's Kuno National Park

Madhya Pradesh's Kuno National Park experts are monitoring the eight cheetahs brought from Namibia, who are trying to acclimatise to the new environment in India. On September 20, wildlife experts said they are monitoring from hole in a loft near their quarantine enclosures to ensure the least human intervention. There are five female and three male Cheetahs, aged between 30 to 66 months and are in good condition, said DFO.

PM Modi Releases 8 Cheetahs In Madhya Pradesh’s Kuno National Park

Cheetahs have officially been reintroduced in India, with PM Modi releasing the eight imported cheetahs into the Kuno National Park in Madhya Pradesh on September 17, on the occasion of PM Modi’s birthday. Cheetahs were declared extinct in India in 1952, but has not been imported from Africa’s Namibia, as part of Indian government’s “Project Cheetah”. Reportedly, the cheetahs were transported to Gwalior in a cargo aircraft.

8 Cheetahs To Be Imported To Kuno National Park From Africa: Madhya Pradesh

Cheetah, which has been extinct in India for almost 50 years, is expected to make a comeback to India on September 17. Reportedly, eight cheetahs including five males and three females will be reintroduced in India. PM Modi will inaugurate the ceremony scheduled at Kuno National Park. The cheetahs are reportedly being brought in using a chartered cargo plane. Further details are awaited.

India Oil To Contribute Rs 50.22 Crore Over 5 Years For Relocation Of Cheetahs To India

The Indian Oil Corporation Limited has announced to contribute Rs 50.22 crore over a period of five years, for the relocation of cheetahs from Africa to India. The cheetahs will be relocated from Namibia and South Africa to the Kuno National Park in Madhya Pradesh. Under the said reintroduction of cheetahs project, 15-20 cheetahs will be transported to Kuno National Park.

MP Nursery Child Rape Case: School Management Tried To Cover Up Incident, Says HM Narottam Mishra

After the horrible rape incident of a three and a half year old child in a school bus in Madhya Pradesh broke the internet, Home Minister Narottam Mishra commented on the incident. Mishra stated that two persons including the bus driver and a woman attendant have been arrested. He also blamed the school for allegedly trying to cover up the incident. Woman Arrested For Blackmailing & Extorting Rs 9 Lakh From Doctor In Madhya Pradesh’s Dewas

In Madhya Pradesh’s Dewas city, a Rajasthani woman has been arrested for allegedly extorting Rs 9 lakh from a doctor, informed police on September 2. The accused has been identified as Joya Khan, who will be produced before a court. Dr Pawan Chilloria, the complainant stated that Dr Santosh Dabade and Dr Mahendra Goladia along with Joya, threatened him of releasing certain videos and photos, and extorted money from him.

7 Factory Workers Consume Poison During Protest Over Salary Due In Indore: Madhya Pradesh

In Madhya Pradesh’s Indore, seven factory workers consumed poison during a protest against delay in disbursal of salaries. Sub-Inspector Ajay Singh Kushwaha informed that after the factory workers consumed an unknown poisonous substance, they were rushed to the government-run MY hospital, where they are currently out of danger. A preliminary investigation revealed that their salaries had not been paid since past two months.
