Meet 98 Year Old Joe Grier Who Works 7 Days Week

Joe Grier, a dedicated Chicago resident, recently marked his 98th birthday while continuing his lifelong commitment to working seven days a week. Grier, believed to be one of the oldest full-time employees in the country, spoke to Fox 32 Chicago about his enduring work ethic.  Grier is employed by Victory, a manufacturing company based in Chicago, where he specialises in creating molds for trophies and awards.

Mumbai Building Catches Fire, Police Registers Case

In Mumbai's Mulund region, a massive fire broke out in a five storeyed building. The incidence occurred in the afternoon of April 25, following which the local police and fire tenders rushed to the spot. As per sources, five fire fighters reached the spot and tried to douse the fire. As of now no casualties has been reported, but property damaged happened. A case has been registered and investigation launched.

Bike Showroom Catches Fire After EVs Exploded: Andhra Pradesh

In Andhra Pradesh's Srikakulam, a bike showroom caught fire in the wee hours of April 19. The incident was allegedly reported in Kasibugga region, when approximately 90 electric bikes exploded while charging, causing a fire in the adjacent hardware store. Although no casualties or injuries has been reported, the incident caused severe property damage to the owner of the hardware and bike showroom. A case is also registered.

Rescue Operations Halt After 45 hours In Deoghar Ropeway Accident

As per officials, all the tourists who were trapped mid-air in cable cars connecting the Trikut Hills in Deoghar have been rescued. In addition, around three people lost their lives while about 12 persons were hospitalized. Notably, Jharkhand CM Hemant Soren had announced a high-level investigation into the accident and stated that the administration was keeping a close vigil on rescue operations.

Vande Bharat Express Flags Off To Boost ''Make In India'' Initiative

The commencement of the Vande Bharat Express has led to a solid boost for Indian Railways in Saudi publication, enhancing the "make in India" initiative. In addition, India’s first-ever semi high-speed inter-city EMU was launched from the New Delhi railway station that covered a maximum distance with a speed of 160 km/hr. Bomb Goes Off At Shiite Mosque In Pakistan; At Least 30 Dead, Dozen Injured

A bomb blast occurred in Pakistan's Shiite Mosque at the north-western side of Peshawar, on March 4. The blast killed at least 30 worshippers and left dozen wounded, reported the police. The police further stated that it occurred when the people were present to offer their Friday prayers. The survivors were rushed to the nearest Lady Reading Hospital for treatment.
