Jharkhand government removed Bhojpuri and Magahi from the list of regional languages of Dhanbad and Bokaro districts amid ongoing protests. JMI Students Stage Protest, Demand Resumption Of Offline Classes
The students outfit in Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI) university, asked the authority to re-open the Institute. They staged a protest outside gate no 7 of the campus, after which, the police started detaining them. The students said, it has been over two years, the JMI has been closed and students across the country are demanding offline classes after the Delhi Disaster Management Authority (DDMA) approved reopening of classes.
