BJP Suspends Nupur Sharma, Dismisses Naveen Kumar Jindal For Making Harsh Comments

Devotees Offer Prayers Together At Temple, Mosque With Common Entrance In Kanpur
Amid a fresh wave of communal violence across India, devotees in Kanpur are sending out a message of religious harmony. In Kanpur's Tatmil Chowk, a Hanuman temple and a mosque share one common entrance. A temple priest shared, "Aarti and Azaan take place with cooperation of both communities." Owaisi, who also visits the mosque to offer prayers, says that there is a sense of brotherhood among all the devotees there.

Hijab 'Not An Issue' In Bihar, Says CM Nitish Kumar
Taking a dig at the ongoing Hijab controversy, Nitish Kumar said it is not an issue in Bihar, and that religious sentiments are respected in the state. Upholding the permission, the HC said, India is a secular country of diversities and takes pride in it. Haryana: Court Denies Bail To 19 Yr Old For Hate Speeches

Devotees Of Sai Baba File Complaint After Idol Removed In Delhi Temple
Few Sai Baba devotees have filed a complaint against the "removal" of his idol in South Delhi's Shahpur Jat temple. The devotees have said that their sentiments were hurt. While the temple committee claimed that they replaced the idol with that of Lord Ganesha, locals citing a viral video alleged that a man gave anti-faith remarks when the idol was removed.
