Karnataka CM Siddaramaiah Seek Drought Report From Officers Before Nov 15
Karnataka CM Siddaramaiah said that he has directed the district ministers to conduct a study on the prevailing drought in their districts and submit a report before November 15. “I have asked them to meet the people to know the ground reality," said CM Siddaramaiah. He further blamed the Centre of neglecting Karnataka in sanctioning drought-relief funds, despite asking for several times, and neglected people of Karnataka.

Karnataka Cabinet Expansion: 24 Ministers To Take Oath On May 27
Karnataka CM Siddaramaiah and Deputy CM DK Shivakumar held a meeting with the senior leaders of the Congress and finalized cabinet expansion. Four leaders, Randeep Singh Surjewala, KC Venugopal, DK Shivakumar and Siddaramaih, finalized 24 MLAs, selected as ministers, who will take the oath on May 27. The finalized names is not yet disclosed and has been sent to INC President Mallikarjun Kharge for a final decision.

Siddaramaiah, DK Shivakumar To Take Oath As CM & Deputy: Karnataka
Siddaramaiah and D.K. Shivakumar are all set to take oath as the CM and Deputy CM of Karnataka, at 12:30 pm. The event is organized at Kanteevara Stadium, Bengaluru, and will be attended by several southern leaders and senior Congress leaders. Besides CM and Deputy, eight Members of the Legislative Assembly (MLAs) will also take oath as Cabinet ministers. Notably, Congress secured 137 seats and won the Karnataka Assembly elections.
