In Karnataka's Laila village, a hen led some 10 cashew-shaped eggs.  The bizarre incident left villagers stunned, and also went viral on social media platforms. When asked about the reason, the owner of the hen Prashanth said, “After three continuous days of abnormally shaped eggs, we took the hen to the vet. Apparently, there is some issue either with her shell gland or there are worms in her reproductive organs".

Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh jumped with joy when Rohit Sharma scored a six during a recent IPL match in Mumbai. A viral clip of the moment shows the actor mouthing 'Yes!' as the cricketer scored. He was donning a purple floral shirt with a matching pair of pants. The actor had also posted several pictures of himself in that same outfit on Instagram.

The National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR) has written to the Delhi police over Kunal Kamra's post on the kid who can be seen singing to PM Modi in a viral video. In the original video, the boy could be heard singing a patriotic song to the PM. But Kamra shared a doctored version of that video which replaced the audio with a song from a 2010 movie.

A group of scientists at the NASA have planned to send human nudes into space, hoping to tempt aliens. This bizarre attempt comes after 150 years of unsuccessful efforts to find extraterrestrial life. The illustration of two naked human beings would be sent into space, with a binary-coded message. Scientists behind this project assert that binary is potentially universal, and hope that aliens would be able to understand it.

A video of former Congress president Rahul Gandhi, sipping beer in a nightclub went viral on the social media platform. Notably, Gandhi is on a five-day visit to Kathmandu, Nepal for a friend Sumnima Udas's wedding. The viral video of Gandhi's partying has even gained criticism, especially from the opposition BJP leaders. Union Minister Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi called Gandhi a full-time tourist and part-time politician.
