Gavaskar Backs Rohit Sharma As Captain For Two T20 World Cups

Virat Kohli To Resign As RCB Captain After 2021 IPL

ACB Appoints Mohammed Nabi As Afghanistan Men's cricket Captain

ICC T20 World Cup: India To Face Pakistan After 5 Years
The T20 Cricket World Cup will be held in Oman and UAE between October 17 and November 14, 2021, as announced by the ICC. The ICC announced the schedule on August 17 that features all-time rivals India and Pakistan who will face each other after five years on October 24 in Dubai. Both the teams have reached the Super 12 stage which also includes Afghanistan and New Zealand.

BCCI plans To Conduct T20 In UAE Amid India's COVID Situation
The BCCI has decided to conduct the Twenty20 World Cup in the UAE, due to the India's current COVID-19 situation. Reportedly, the game will commence from October 17 and will take place in Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Dubai. According to BCCI officials, the board will save 41% of its earnings. BCCI To Resume Remaining VIVO IPL 2021 Matches In UAE
In a virtual meeting held on May 29, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has decided to conduct the remaining VIVO Indian Premier League 2021 season in UAE. As per BCCI, the decision was taken considering the September-October monsoon season in India.
