30 Students Fall Into Assam's Singla River As Hanging Bridge Collapses
In a shocking incident, as many as 30 students fell into the Singla river and got injured as a hanging bridge fell apart in Assam's Karimganj district on October 4. The incident occurred when the students were on their way to return home from Cheragi Vidyapith High School from the bridge. However, locals rescued them and admitted them to a hospital. Notably, the bridge was constructed three years back.
