Bengaluru-based Boy Receives Bal Puraskar For Innovating Board Game
In what could be called as a unique achievement, a Bengaluru-based boy received the Pradhan Mantri Rashtriya Bal Puraskar 2021 for innovating a board game. Veer Kashyap, a 10-year-old student, built the game during the lockdown induced by the Covid-19 pandemic. He designed the game on cardboard and named it ‘Corona Yuga’. Veer created this game intending to educate and create awareness about the virus and the situation prevailing in the world.
