Canada Relaxes COVID Testing Rules For Travellers From India
In a relief to Indian travelers, the Canadian Government announced relaxation in COVID-19 testing norms. People travelling on direct flights or one-stop flights from India, will no longer need to show a negative RT-PCR COVID test done within 18 hours ahead of the departure. Earlier, travellers entering Canada were required to provide negative pre-departure COVID-19 reports. However, an ICMR approved Covid report is required for Indian travellers to Canada.
