Congress MP Demands Special Township For Kashmiri Pandits
Congress MP Deepender Hooda demanded a township for displaced Kashmiri Pandits. During Rajya Sabha proceedings on March 30, the Congress MP asked the Central Government to set up the township for those Kashmiri pandits who have been displaced in their own country. He also demanded double financial assistance from state governments to pandits, residing in states like NCR, Delhi, and Haryana. The issue was raised during Zero Hour at Parliament.
