In-flight Meals & Beverages Re-permitted to be Provided in Domestic Flights

The Civil Aviation Ministry of India has made a decision to re-permit airlines to serve in-flight meals and beverages. Henceforth, the air passengers won't have to carry food with them. The Ministry has stated in its order, that, "Airlines may serve pre-packed snacks, meals and beverages on domestic flights depending on the duration of the flight". The Ministry has suggested using throwaway cutlery to serve food to passengers.
