According to a study, a healthy diet is linked to a reduced risk of developing COVID-19 and its serious complications. In addition, The researchers kept track of the eating habits of 593,000 adults from February to September 2020. Notably, The study showed that people who consumed fruits, vegetables, and legumes had a 9% lower risk of getting COVID and a 41% lower risk of developing severe COVID.
