Indian Soldiers Greet Pakistan, Trade Sweets Along LoC
The Indian and Pakistani troops exchanged sweets along the Line of Control (LoC) as Pakistan celebrated its independence day on August 14. "The Indian Army, as a warm gesture, also presented sweets to the Pakistan Army at Chilehana Tithwal Crossing Point in Tangdhar sector in north Kashmir's Kupwara district," an army official said. India has always undertaken such acts to maintain peace on both sides.
