Karnataka CM Rules Out Lockdown, Decision On Curbs After Cabinet Meet

Karnataka CM Basavaraj Bommai clarified and said, no decision on lockdown has been taken in the state. Despite COVID-19 surge and Omicron rise, the Karnataka Government assured to be prepared for the crisis, if any. The CM also said, the decision regarding the lockdown and curbs will be taken as per experts recommendation after a Cabinet meeting. Furthermore, Karnataka is one of the worst COVID-19 hit Indian states.
