Karnataka Ends 14-Day Mandatory Quarantine for Inter-state Travellers
Karnataka government on August 24 revised the guidelines for inter-state travellers. Aligning with 'Unlock 3' guidelines provided by the Union government, the state government has done away with mandatory quarantine period for incoming inter-state travellers. Reportedly, if the travellers are asymptomatic on arrival at Karnataka, then they can directly report to work and no quarantine period is required. However, they will be under medical surveillance for 14 days.
