Over 4 Lakh People Fled Ukraine: UN Refugee Agency Chief
UN Refugee Agency Chief Filippo Grandi on March 30, said that over four million Ukraine citizens fled the country since the beginning of the ongoing Russia-Ukraine war. Over 2.3 million of the refugees fled to neighbouring country Poland. Also, neighbouring countries such as Romania, Moldova and Hungary received a record-breaking number of refugees from Ukraine. This is "the fastest growing refugee crisis in Europe since World War II," said Grandi.
