South Korea Recommends Teenagers To Get Vaccinated Amid Increasing Cases

Amid the increase in Covid-19 cases among the unvaccinated teenagers, the Korea Disease Control and Prevention Agency on December 9, "strongly recommended" the teenagers to get vaccinated. The total confirmed cases in the age group of 12-17 increased from 3,630 in September to 6,612 in November. Furthermore, the rate of full vaccination among the 16-17 age group stood at 65.8%, while it was 18.5% for people aged 12-15.
