Stray Dogs Used For Campaigning In UP Panchayat Elections

Candidates contesting in UP's Panchayat elections have involved even stray dogs in their campaigning. Reportedly, two candidates from Rae Bareli and Ballia districts stuck their posters and pamphlets on stray dogs and let them roam around. However, this out-of-the-ordinary move has received flaks from animal activists. Meanwhile, the candidates said the dogs were not harmed in anyway, rather were cared. Notably, the Panchayat elections will begin on April 15.
