Toolkit Case: Nikita Jacob Gets 3-Week Transit Bail By Bombay HC
Accused in the controversial 'toolkit' case, Mumbai-based lawyer Nikita Jacob was granted anticipatory bail by the Bombay High Court on February 17. The bench headed by Justice PD Naik granted three-week bail citing that the lawyer had made herself available for the investigation as her house was searched, laptop and phone were seized, and statement was recorded on February 11. The lawyer was earlier issued a non-bailable warrant by the Tis Hazari Court in Delhi.
