UK Man Orders iPhone 13 Pro, Receives Cadbury Oreos Instead
In a shocking incident, a UK man got Cadbury wrapped in toilet paper instead of an iPhone 13 Pro. Daniel Carroll, a logistic worker, ordered an iPhone worth £ 1,045 for Christmas. However, his parcel from DHL got tampered and instead of iPhone 13 Pro, he received two Cadbury Oreos. He took to Twitter and asked for an explanation tagging DHL, following which it assured an investigation and a replacement.

Suicide Bomb Explosion Kills 6 In NE DR Congo: Christmas
In the northeastern Democratic Republic of the Congo, a suicide bomber killed six people on December 25 at around 7 pm. The explosion took place in a bar in the city of Beni when the victims were celebrating Christmas. "Loss of life is reported. The security services are already deployed," tweeted Patrick Muyaya, a Congolese government spokesperson. The city mayor has urged the people to stay at home.

UP Govt Imposes Night Curfew Amid Rising Omicron Cases
The Uttar Pradesh government under the leadership of Yogi Adityanath announced a night curfew in the state amid the rising number of COVID-19 Omicron cases. The order will be effective from the day of Christmas, that is, December 25 till further orders. The night curfew will start at 11 pm and end at 5 am. Besides, a cap of 200 wedding guests has also been placed in the state.

WHO Cautions Against Large Gatherings On Christmas & New Year
Ahead of the Christmas and New Year celebrations, World Health Organisation (WHO) warned of large gatherings considering the spread of the Omicron variant of COVID-19, on December 21. It added that the gathering of ''people coming from different places'' may increase the spread of the variant.
