No Relief To Aryan Khan; Mumbai Court Rejects His Bail Plea
In the latest development, a Mumbai court rejected the bail plea of Aryan Khan, and two co-accused in connection with the cruise drug case on October 20. Aryan's legal team has now decided to move to Mumbai High Court. Reportedly, NCB official Sameer Wankhede said ''Satyameva Jayate'' after the court's verdict. Notably, Aryan, who is in judicial custody, was arrested in the case by NCB on October 2.

Aryan Khan To Stay In Jail Till October 20, Court Reserves Order
Aryan Khan will remain in jail for almost a week as the special NDPS Court has reserved its order for October 20 after hearing both NCB and applicant Aryan Khan. The hearing of the bail plea was held on October 14 and NCB counsel Anil Singh said Aryan is a regular consumer of drugs. ''Innocent until proven guilty doesn't apply in the case of NDPS offences,'' Singh added.

Sameer Wankhede Requests Police Protection After Probing Aryan's Drugs Case
Sameer Wankhede, the NCB officer who probed the drug case on a cruise liner that led to the arrest of actor Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan Khan, lodged a complaint against an unknown person accusing him of stalking in Mumbai, on October 11. Wankhede said that the person regularly followed him when he went to graveyard to pray at his mother's grave. He submitted evidence and requested police protection.

NCB Seeks Time; Hearing Of Aryan Khan Bail Application Shifted
The special court designated under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act has said it'll hear the bail application of Aryan Khan, son of Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan, on October 13. Aryan's and four others' bail applications were scheduled to be heard on October 11 but the NCB sought more time to reply to the applications. Notably, the magistrate's court also rejected the application on October 8.

Mumbai Ship Drug Case: Woman Smuggled Drugs In Sanitary Napkin
The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) unit had intercepted an alleged narcotics party over the Cordelia Cruise ship, heading towards Goa on October 2. Reportedly, NCB has summoned the film producer Imtiaz Khatri in accordance with the narcotics investigation. According to NCB, a woman, an accused under the cruise ship drug case had carried drugs hiding them in the sanitary napkin.

Mumbai Court Refuses Aryan Khan's Bail In Drug Seizure Case
Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Merchant, and Munmun Dhamecha were denied bail on October 8 by Esplanade court in Mumbai. The lawsuit revolves around the seizure of drugs after a raid on a cruise ship party off the coast in Mumbai. Aryan has been detained at Mumbai's Arthur Road jail's quarantine cell. As per reports, Aryan will go to the Mumbai session court to file a bail petition.

NCB Arrests Actor Armaan Kohli For Possessing Cocaine At Home
Bollywood actor Armaan Kohli appears before a city court on August 29 for possessing a small quality of cocaine at his residence in Mumbai. Kohli and a drug peddler Ajay Raju was on August 28 arrested by NCB following a raid. Reportedly, the NCB is currently undergoing ''Operation Rolling Thunder'' and received a tip-off from an arrested drug peddler who had supplied drugs to the actor.

Actor Dalip Tahil's Son Arrested In Drug Case In Mumbai
The Mumbai Police Crime Branch has arrested actor Dalip Tahil's son Dhruv in a drug case after his WhatsApp chats with arrested drug dealer Muzammil AR Shaikh were recovered. Dhruv was reportedly in touch with Shaikh since 2019 and had made six payments to Shaikh's accounts for purchasing drugs. Meanwhile, Dhruv's father Dalip has refused to react, saying, "I don't want to comment at the moment."
