Education Dept Issues Guidelines To Speed Up Vaccination For Children: Delhi

The Directorate of Education has instructed all the schools to ensure children belonging to the 12-14 age group are vaccinated. Parents are also asked to take their children to the nearest vaccine centres at the earliest. Also, the schools are required to update the directorate the number of students vaccinated daily. Schools have also been notified to arrange separate queues and staff for verification in the Covid-19 vaccination centres.

Israel Ministry Of Health Detects 1st Polio Case Since 1989

The Israeli Ministry of Health has detected the first polio case in a four-year-old child in Jerusalem since 1989. Reportedly, the child was not vaccinated as per routine vaccination done in Israel.
