Haryana: Authorities Shut Schools After Students Contract COVID-19
The authorities in Haryana were forced to shut the schools after several students from three districts contracted the COVID-19. Over 150 students and teachers from Rewari, Jhajjar, and Jind districts tested COVID-19 positive and were put under self-isolation. The State Health Minister assured that proper action would be taken against the institutions not following the SOPs. However, the infected ones are stable and those in close contact with them are being screened.
