Maharashtra Govt Extends COVID-19 Restrictions Till February 28
Acknowledging that Maharashtra is still threatened with the COVID-19 transmission, the state government has decided to extend the existing lockdown restrictions till February 28. However, the order announced on January 29 read, "The activities already allowed and permitted from time to time shall be continued." Besides, the state government said that previous orders aimed at operationalisation of Mission Begin Again will also remain in effect without any change till February 28.
