Mehul Choksi's Bail Appeal Denied Against Illegal Entry In Dominica

Dominica's Magistrate court denied Mehul Choksi's bail appeal against the illegal entry into the Caribbean island nation. Earlier, the Court had ordered the authorities to bring Choksi for trial. However, Choksi's lawyer Vijay Aggarwal stated that they will approach the High Court in-order to contest the magistrate court's decision. Moreover, Choksi pleaded "not guilty" to the charges in Dominica and is currently wanted in India after defrauding a bank.
