MS Dhoni Receives Letter from PM Modi Post Retirement, Shares it on Twitter

Mahendra Singh Dhoni, on August 20, shared an emotional letter in his official twitter account that Prime Minister (PM) Narendra Modi wrote to him after the former's announcement of retirement from International Cricket. The letter was a token of gratitude that appreciated MS Dhoni's contribution to the Indian Cricket Team and also to the Indian Armed Forces. The letter stated, "130 crore Indians were disappointed but also eternally grateful". PM Modi also appreciated the former captain for remaining "calm" in victory and defeat. Dhoni shared the two page letter with a caption that read, "an Artist, Soldier and Sportsperson what they crave for is appreciation, that their hard work and sacrifice is getting noticed and appreciated".
