Opposition MPs Boycott Last Day of Monsoon Session In Lok Sabha
Opposition MPs boycotted the last day of the Parliament's monsoon session on September 25. They refused to attend the session after Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla asked them to attend the proceedings. The Speaker said that the opposition leaders boycotted the last day of the session due to some "political compulsions". He also stated the average attendance of MPs in the Lok Sabha was over 300 during the monsoon session.
