Puri Sree Jagannath Temple Reopens For Public Outside Odisha
Puri Shree Jagannath Temple reopened for devotees from other parts of the country on January 3. Reportedly, the visitors will have to produce a COVID-19 negative certificate to enter the premises. An exclusive Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) is also functional to guarantee smooth darshan for devotees. At most, 17,000 devotees will be permitted a day for darshan. Earlier, the temple was closed for nine months due to the pandemic.
