5 Killed & Several Left Injured After Bus Mows Down Bystanders In Kanpur: UP

Five people died, and several others left injured in a tragic bus accident.  Notably, a bus lost control and mowed down bystanders in Kanpur on January 30. The electric bus has also destroyed three cars and many bikes. The bus driver is absconding, and is being traced, said the Kanpur DCP. Furthermore, he informed that injured have been shifted to hospital while the investigation into the case has been started.

3 Killed, 9 Injured In Bus-Coaster Accident: Pakistan

In Pakistan's Karachi, three people were killed and nine were injured in a bus-coaster collision and were later shifted to a hospital nearby. As reported by ARY News, a bus collided with a coaster near the Landhi Jail on November 29. Furthermore, road accidents in Pakistan have been increasing each day, reflecting the poor road condition in the country.

32 Died, 20 Injured In Peru; Police Claims Reckless Driving

In a bizarre bus accident, 32 people died including two children, and as many as 20 were left injured after it fell off a cliff in Peru. However, the accident took place on August 31 carrying 63 people on board. According to survivors, the bus hit a rock and fell 650m off the road. Moreover, Police-commander Cesar Cervantes stated "recklessness" & "high speed" had a role in the tragedy.

5 Dead, 2 Injured in Uttar Pradesh As Truck Rams Into Sleeper Bus 

A sleeper bus was hit by a truck on the Agra-Lucknow expressway in the early hours of June 30, resulting in the deaths of five passengers, leaving two severely injured. Reportedly, the bus was parked in the third lane when the truck crashed, and the estimated speed was 90-100 km/h. According to a police official, the bus driver, Ram Sevak was checking the tail lights of the bus.

80-Feet Iron Pipe Crashes Into A Moving Bus In Rajasthan, 2 Killed

In Rajasthan's Pali district, an 80-feet iron pipe crashed into a moving bus and killed two people on December 1. Additionally,13 other passengers have been injured in the accident. As per reports, the pipe had slit a women's neck and hit another man in his head. Police stated that the accident had happened when a gas pipeline was released from hydraulic machine to save a few bulls on the spot.
