White House Doctor Says Trump's Health Improving But Still In Danger

Donald Trump's doctor said that the US President's health is still in danger, albeit some improvements have been noticed. Physician, Dr Sean Conley, informed that the President has not experienced fever lately. President Trump was admitted to hospital after testing positive for COVID-19. Dr Conley also informed that the President is conducting business from the hospital, and is able to move around without any difficulty.

Report Finds 38% COVID Positive Indian Health Workers Are Women

According to reports, India has recorded 79,772 COVID-19 positive cases among women healthcare workers. This constitutes for over 38% of the total healthcare workers who have tested COVID-19 Positive. The experts opine that even though the percentage does not seem alarming, it is a matter of concern as the ratio of women in the health sector is low with male-female ratio at 1.6.

United States President Donald Trump has tested positive for COVID-19. Trump, through his Twitter handle, informed that both he and his wife, Melania Trump, had tested positive for the virus. "We will begin our quarantine and recovery process immediately," the tweet read. Earlier, he had informed that one of his close aide, Hope Hicks, had tested positive and he had quarantined himself while he awaited his results.

The Supreme Court on September 28, allowed a suspected COVID positive student to give the CLAT exam 2020. The student had to produce the order of the SC at the exam center and give the exam in isolation. The order said, "Applicant shall enter center after other candidates take entry and shall first leave the examination center". Earlier, the SC authorized CLAT 2020 to conduct exam on September 28.

WB: Health Dept Sends Positive Reports to Four without Undertaking COVID Test

In a shocking incident, four people in West Bengal tested positive for Covid-19 without even undergoing the test. In order to conduct a study on community transmission, the district health department of Belan Village under Goalpokhor-2 block, selected 80 people for the tests. Out of the 80 selected people, 73 underwent the test. Four out of the seven people who did not take the test, were sent Covid-19 positive test reports.
