Lingayat Seer Shivamurthy Murugha Sent To 14-Days Judicial Custody In Sexual Assault: Karnataka
Booked in sexual assault and rape charges of minor, Shivamurthy Murugha Sharanaru has been sent to 14-days judicial custody, in Karnataka. The Chief of Sri Murugha Mutt was arrested on September 1, and underwent all the necessary medical tests. Notably, Murugha Sharanaru is currently lodged in Chitradurga District Jail and will be produced before an open court, on September 2. Shivamurthy is booked under POCSO Act.

Not Using Condom Without Consent Of Partner Is Crime: Canada Court
Canada's court ruled that removing condoms without the consent of a partner is a crime. On July 30, the Canadian court gave the verdict in a case filed by a woman, who predicated a contract with the accused whom she met online(2017) and had sex for physical compatibility. However, in one of the two times, the man allegedly didn't use condoms, due to which the woman contracted HIV treatment.

Fake Antique Dealer Monson Mavunkal Denied Bail By Kerala HC
Fake antique dealer Monson Mavunkal has been denied bail by Kerala High Court, on July 14. Mavunkal was arrested in multiple sexual assault cases, which include a POCSO case. "Money, politics and the police force are invested to throw the petitioners behind bars," contended Mavunkal's counsel. Vijay Babu Appears In Court For 7th Time In Row For Sexual Assault Case
