A day after the country’s top wrestlers announced a plan to launch an indefinite hunger at India Gate, the Delhi police cordoned off the memorial and barred public entry to the lawns. The wrestlers said they will intensify their protest and sit on hunger strike until death, demanding the arrest of Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh, the WFI President. The wrestlers also gave a five-day ultimatum to the GoI, demanding action.

No Evidence To Proof Sexual Assault Allegations Against Brij Bhushan
The Delhi Police said it has not found sufficient evidence to prove women wrestlers' allegations of sexual harassment against Wrestling Federation of India (WFI) chief Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh and to arrest him. The police will submit a report in court within 15 days, a senior official said. Meanwhile, the wrestlers, intensified their protest and announced a hunger strike at India Gate, demanding Bhushan's arrest.

The horrific murder of a 16-years-old Sakshi by her alleged boyfriend became a talk of security concern in the national capital. Delhi Police Arrest Wanted Gangster Deepak Boxer
Most wanted gangster Deepak Boxer has been arrested in Mexico, confirmed the Delhi Police. The search operation to nab the country's most wanted gangster was conducted with the help of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI.) Notably, Deepak boxer, a resident of Gannaur in Haryana, also had a bounty of Rs 3 lakh on his head. Now, Boxer will be brought to India by Delhi police in two-days.

BJP Leaders Booked In Extortion Case In Delhi
An extortion case has been filed against two BJP leaders in Delhi, Siyaram Shakya and Dheeraj Pradhan, for allegedly demanding Rs 15 lakh from a businessman to let him construct his house. The FIR was lodged with the Dabri police station in Dwarka district on March 29. Pradhan is said to be the Mehrauli district vice-president of BJP, while Shakya is reportedly a local BJP leader.
