The Indian Cricket Team has moved to the second spot in the ICC T-20 rankings before their fixture against England. Reportedly, India is seven points behind England and a point ahead of Australia, who recently lost a series to New Zealand. While wicket-keeper batsman KL Rahul claimed the third spot with 816 points, skipper Virat Kohli retained sixth with 697 points. Meantime, India will face England on March 12.

Indian All Rounder Yusuf Pathan Bids Adieu To Cricket From All Formats
Cricketer Yusuf Pathan announced his retirement from all formats of the game on February 26. Debuting against Pakistan in the 2007 ICC World T20 final, Yusuf was also a part of the Indian contingent that lifted the 2011 World Cup. Moreover, having a successful stint in the IPL, He was a regular member of the Baroda Ranji Team. Yusuf had represented India at 22 T20Is and 57 ODIs.

R Ashwin Becomes Fastest Indian Bowler To Pick 400 Test Wickets
In his 77th Test, Ravichandran Ashwin became the fastest Indian bowler to take 400 wickets on February 25. India Vs England: BCCI Allows Players' Families During Quarantine
Ahead of hosting India-England tour, the Indian cricket team on January 28 cleared their first of the three-round COVID-19 RT-PCR test. The BCCI has also allowed the players to be accompanied by their families. For this, a BCCI official said that coming from a wearying Australian tour, a hard and "lonely" quarantine could be extremely burdensome for the players. Virat Kohli Becomes Fastest Conqueror Of 12000 ODI Runs Feat
Indian cricket team captain Virat Kohli's record-breaking career has set a new high after he became the fastest cricketer to reach the 12,000-run mark in ODI cricket. The 32-year-old conquered the feat in 242 innings, 58 innings less than the legendary former cricketer Sachin Tendulkar's record of 300 innings. Players Allowed To Undergo Training During Quarantine On Australia Tour
For India's tour to Australia, the New South Welsh government has accepted the Cricket Australia's request to allow players get trained while undergoing compulsory 14-day quarantine. Consequently, the Indian and Australian players can now undergo training sessions in Sydney after returning from Dubai post-IPL. India is scheduled to play three ODIs, three T20s, and four Tests in Sydney and Canberra, starting from November 27.

BCCI Asks Indian Women Cricketers To Reach Mumbai On Oct 13 For T20 Challenge
