21 Indian Sailors Stranded In Black Sea Amid Russia-Ukraine War

At least 21 Indian sailors are currently waiting to leave the port of Southern Ukraine's Mykolaiv, as per sources. In addition, the Indian sailors are trapped in the cargo ship since February 25 due to the blockade in the area after the war. "It is not safe to step out of the port. Travel by road is not advisable,'' stated a crew member.

18,000 Indians Leave Ukraine Amid Russia-Ukraine Conflict, Confirms MEA

The Union Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) announced that approximately 18,000 Indians left Ukraine, as of March 3. Under "Operation Ganga", a total of 34 flights rescued 6,400 stranded Indians. 40% Indians May Reduce Life Expectancy By 9 Years, Says US Researchers

The EPIC, a research group in the US has revealed that about 40% of Indians could witness a reduction in life expectancy by over 9 years due to air pollution.
