The Karnataka Police arrested two students, in the alleged security breach case of the Union Home Minister Amit Shah. Notably, during the two days visit of Amit Shah in Karnataka, a major security breach was reported. The arrested person into the matter are identified as Imran and Zibran, and are being grilled by the State Police. The accused student violated security guidelines, while Shah was in Bengaluru, for a meeting.

Ramaiah, a farmer based in Sidlipura village of Shivamogga district, Karnataka, complained to the police after his cows stopped giving milk. The man alleged that he takes his cows to gaze from 8 AM to 11 AM and from 4 PM to 6 PM every day but they don't yield milk. ''So, police must convince them to give milk,'' said the man. However, the police didn't lodge the "illogical" complaint.  

Karnataka Police has recruited 16-woman from villages to deploy them in the all-women Garuda commandos team. Reportedly, the selected women are being trained to learn shooting, develop weapon-making skills, and handle terror in their pre-induction training under Centre for Counter-Terrorism, Bangalore.
