Madhya Pradesh To Introduce 'Dharma Swatantrata Bill' To Curb 'Love-Jihad'
Madhya Pradesh's BJP government is all prepared to introduce the 'Dharma Swatantrata Bill' 2020, in-order to tackle the rising love-jihad cases. The bill proposes non-bailable five-year imprisonment for acts which lures religious conversions either by fraud or force, says Minister Narottam Mishra. The bill will be more stringent to earlier law having maximum one-year jail term. The draft possibly finalised within weeks and will be tabled in December.
