Social Organisation Gifts Women Maoists Sanitary Pads, Menstrual Cups

To promote peace through Diwali celebrations, a social organisation has planned to gift sanitary pads and menstrual cups to women Maoists of Chhattisgarh's Bastar forest. This will be done under "New Peace Process" campaign. The organiser Shubhranshu Choudhary said women Maoists would receive a gift pack worth Rs 1000 that would consist re-useable sanitary pads and a menstrual cup. He added the funds were being raised and the offerings would continue till January.
