US Resumes Homeland Security dialogue With India After Trump's Regime
The Biden administration has formally called for resuming the Homeland Security dialogue with India after Alejandro Mayorkas, the Homeland Security Secretary met India's Ambassador, Taranjit Singh Sandhu. Previously suspended under Trump's regime, on March 22 Mayorkas and Sandhu considered reinstating the dialogue to address cyber-security, technology and violent extremism among the others. Further, both diplomats reviewed recently held Quad summit and the productive engagement ensued with Biden's Administration thus far.
