AC Coach Roof Leaks, Passenger Slams Indian Railways

Indian Railways has been slammed for it's open shower facility. On June 25, a passenger shared a video of water leaking from the roof of a passenger train coach triggered taunts and jibes at Indian Railways. A passenger of Avantika Express shared the video showing the abysmal condition of an AC coach during rainfall as water leaked from its roof. The video went viral, with netizens slamming the railways.

Submarine Titan On Clock With Limited Oxygen, Rescue Underway

Submarine Titan, which began its journey to the Titanic wreck site, situated at a depth of 12,500 feet in the Atlantic Ocean, lost contact after nearly two hours on June 18. It has been days but there is no sign of the submarine. The rescue teams are racing against the clock to locate the vessel and its five-person crew. The submarine is equipped with a four-day emergency oxygen support.

Titanic Submarine Underwater, Rescuers Conduct Searches

Rescuers searching for a missing tourist submersible near the wreck of the Titanic have detected "underwater noises" in the search area, the US Coast Guard said on June 21.US and Canadian coast guard ships and planes are scouring 7,600 square miles of ocean (around 20,000 square kilometers) -- larger than the US state of Connecticut for the vessel. The ROV searches is likely to continue the search for the vessel.

Hubballi Airport Terminal Expansion In Karnataka Receives Government Approval

The Hubballi Airport project will kick off in January and the expanded terminal is expected to be operational within the next two years. Odisha reported yet another train mishap after the brake pads of the AC coach of Puri-Durg Express caught fire near Khariar Road in Nuapada district. The incident occurred due to certain glitches in the brake shoe. "The brake pads caught fire due to friction and due to the incomplete release of the brakes. No fire inside the coach.
